- Take NJ-139 West towards the approach of the Lincoln Tunnel; stay left to take I-95 N / NJ Turnpike N
- Drive for 8 miles towards Paterson; exit Route 4 W to take Teaneck Rd to Teaneck Road; head north onto Teaneck Road

If the drive takes around 25 minutes if it's not busy. It is going to take 10-15 minutes more during busy hours on the waterfront portion of the drive near Sinatra Park. That is typically where the traffic congestion is. Once you reach I-95, you'll be all right.
